In SUPERSTAR GO, duplicate photocards acquired at the same location will not be indicated separately.
However, duplicate cards obtained from other regions can be checked through the region tag at the bottom of the [SSGO Ticket] screen by tapping the card in your [Collection].
If this does not apply and your Photocard is still missing, please contact our support team with the following details:

- Date and time of acquisition:
- Missing card details (Tour name / Region / Group / Artist):
